HOW CAN I RECEIVE A TRUE REWARDS CARD?

WHAT CARD LEVEL WILL BRAND NEW MEMBERS RECEIVE?
New True Rewards members will receive a True card.
WHEN CAN I START USING MY TRUE REWARDS CARD?
You may begin to use your new True Rewards card as soon as you receive it. You will need your new card for redemption of comp dollars at Edgewater and Colorado Belle dining outlets.
CAN I CONTINUE TO USE MY EXISTING ACCESS CARD?
No, you will need a new card – your old card will not work properly in the machines.
I HAVE AN EXISTING ACCESS CARD. DO I NEED A NEW CARD?
All of your reward balances will be transferred to the new card number. It will be valid for use at Colorado Belle, Edgewater and 130+ locations throughout Nevada and Maryland, including our sister property right here in Laughlin, Aquarius Casino Resort, for all machines and dining outlets. You only need the one card.
HOW WILL GUESTS’ CURRENT ACCESS LOYALTY POINTS AND TIERS TRANSFER?
Current loyalty program members will automatically transition into new, but equivalent tiers from their existing ACCESS tiers. Current tier will be grandfathered for the guest’s first evaluation cycle (June 30 or December 31 for locals, December 31 for non-locals). Point and comp dollar balances at the time of respective property True Rewards conversions will be carried forward into their new True Rewards account.
WILL MY NEW CARD HAVE THE SAME NUMBER AS I ALWAYS HAD?
No, your current ACCESS card number will be replaced by a new True Rewards card number. Visit the True Rewards Center for more information.
WILL I NEED TO RESET THE PIN NUMBER?
Your new card will need a new PIN number. Please visit the True Rewards Center.
WHAT IS THE REDEMPTION RATE FOR POINTS?
You earn points, and you decide what you’d like to redeem those points for: cash, slot play and/or comps.
300 Points = $1 comp at any casino location
500 Points = $1 slot play at casinos
1,000 Points = $1 cash
WHAT ARE MYSTERY POINT MULTIPLIERS?
Loyal tier and above are all eligible for daily mystery point multipliers. Loyal can win up to 3x, Solid up to 5x, Legit up to 7x and Epic up to 10x points. With these extra multipliers every day, you will really see your points grow quickly. Simply swipe your card at the True Rewards kiosk to activate your multipliers for that day.
WHAT ARE BONUS DIVIDENDS?
True Rewards Solid, Legit and Epic members accumulate a dividend. This dividend is a loyalty bonus of points that can be used for cash, slot play and/or comps. These members simply need to maintain or exceed their level through their evaluation date.
DO MY POINTS AND COMPS EXPIRE?
Points and comp balances expire after showing no activity for a 13-month period.
WILL MY TRUE REWARDS CARD GIVE ME HEAD OF LINE PRIVILEGES ANYWHERE IN THE CASINO?

CAN TABLE PLAYERS EARN POINTS?
Table game players can participate and get cash back. You receive points and point multipliers, and can use your points for cash, slot play and/or comps.

CAN I GET UPGRADED TO THE NEXT TIER LEVEL DURING MY CURRENT PERIOD?

HOW OFTEN ARE CARD LEVELS FOR GUESTS EVALUATED?
Tier levels are evaluated semi-annually, typically on June 30 and December 31, looking at play for the previous 6-month period for local card holders and every 12-month period ending December 31 for non-locals.
DO I NEED IDENTIFICATION TO PICK UP A TRUE REWARDS CARD?
A valid government issued ID is required for all card transactions.
CAN I PICK UP AN ACCESS REWARDS CARD FOR MY SPOUSE?
Each member must be present with valid ID for all card transactions, so your spouse will need to come in person to get a card.
MY SPOUSE CANNOT COME IN TO GET A NEW TRUE REWARDS CARD. CAN YOU MAIL ONE?
