Bell Desk

  • Colorado Belle's Bell Desk provides a variety of services, including carrying luggage to and from your room, delivering gifts to rooms, arranging shuttle service to the airport and laundry pick-up and delivery.

Room Service

  • Room service for continental breakfasts is available to our guests from 6 a.m. to noon.

Spa & Salon

  • Conveniently located on the ground level of the New Orleans Tower, in the southeast corner next to the riverwalk, the Spa & Salon offers services designed to pamper you!

Swimming Pools & Spa

  • Bask in the sun, relax in the water! Colorado Belle has two beautiful swimming pools, one located in the courtyard surrounded by the New Orleans Tower, and a second, more secluded pool, in the courtyard surrounded by the Bourbon Tower. New Orleans Tower pool also has a fun waterfall, and a 14-person bubbling spa nearby. The pools are heated in the winter - enjoy beautiful weather year-round!

Internet Connections

  • Guests who need portable high-speed Internet Access for wireless lap-tops and personal device assistants (PDAs) can keep in touch with the world with our internet kiosks and hotspot. The kiosks and wireless hotspot are located in the hotel's enclosed breezeway between the "boat" and the New Orleans Tower. The hotspot is a credit card-based system that charges $9.99 for 24 hours' use. Guests who leave the laptop at home but still want to pick up email and use the internet can do so at either of Colorado Belle's internet kiosks, also located in the breezeway. The kiosks operate with the guest's choice of cash or credit cards. For guests who bring their laptops to the hotel, all rooms are served by high speed wireless internet. Service fee is the same as from the hotspot--$9.99 for 24 hours.

In-Room Check Out

  • It's easy to review your account and check out from the convenience of your hotel room. Just press MENU on your guest room TV remote control and choose GUEST SERVICES for instructions.
