Colorado Belle Hotel & Casino's fully staffed catering department is ready to provide full service for your special event!

Our Mardi Gras Room is a 3,990 square foot room located below deck in the bow of the "boat". The room has the option of being divided by a flexible wall for smaller group functions, creating Mardi Gras East (1,890 sq. ft.) and Mardi Gras West (2,100 sq. ft.).

EASY ACCESS

The Mardi Gras Room is fully accessible by both stairs and elevators and adapts beautifully to any function, from formal to casual. The banquet room is decorated in deep burgundy and cream.

DINING

Expect great food prepared by Colorado Belle’s Catering Staff at your special event! A wide variety of dining options to fit every budget are available, from complete sit-down dinners to buffets and snacks. If you wish, our chefs will create custom menus to fit your needs. We’re ready to serve you!

ALL THE EXTRAS

Every amenity needed for a successful business event is available to our patrons, including easels, projectors and podiums. Up to 400 guests can be accommodated for banquets in the Mardi Gras Room. Musicians, photographers, florists and disc jockeys are also available upon request.

Weddings

Colorado Belle Hotel & Casino's fully staffed catering department is ready to provide full service for your wedding, wedding reception, reunion and special meetings! Events are typically set in the nearly 4,000 square foot Mardi Gras Room. The room adapts beautifully to any function, from formal to casual. In addition, the Mardi Gras Room can be divided for smaller functions. It is fully accessible by both stairs and elevators.

Your trouble-free wedding begins with a call to our professional wedding planners! With years of experience in hosting hundreds of weddings, Colorado Belle’s Catering Staff offers complete wedding and reception services. We are extremely flexible and will create a special menu and/or decorative theme party to fit your needs.

MUSIC, PICTURES, CAKE…EVEN A MINISTER

A variety of special services are available for your special day. We can recommend a minister or Justice of the Peace, musicians, photographers, florists and disc jockeys for you. We have a marvelous bakery to produce wonderful wedding cakes and pastries, and our Catering Chef’s hors d’oeurves and menus are extraordinary! From special decorations to ice carvings, the catering staff is here to make your day perfect!

COMPLETE WEDDINGS FROM $325!

Our $325 wedding package includes wedding night accommodations, bottle of champagne, two souvenir champagne glasses, and special chapel-style set-up complete with decorated trellis arch, aisle runner and chairs, for indoor or outdoor weddings. (Please add $50 for outdoor weddings.)

Nevada Marriage License Information
Bride and Groom are responsible for obtaining a Nevada Marriage License from the License Bureau prior to the wedding.

Wedding Bureau is located at 101 Laughlin Civic Drive in Laughlin, NV. Hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. to 7:45 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. The fee is $55.00 cash.

There is no waiting and no blood test. If you have been divorced, you must provide the date, city and state in which your divorce was final. The license is good for one year from date of issue.
